About the Project

Our Approach

This project focuses on transforming an underutilised outdoor area into a vibrant and inviting beer garden that enhances the overall venue experience. Inspired by the identity of Guinness, the design aims to create a warm, social environment that encourages customers to gather, stay longer, and engage with live events.

By combining thoughtful spatial planning, atmospheric design, and integrated branding, alongside detailed technical design and engineering, the space is intended to become a key destination within the venue, attracting footfall and supporting a diverse programme of music and social events.

Diageo (Guinness) in collaboration with the Moone High Cross Inn gave us the brief of creating an outdoor beer garden with a pergola and live music stage that captures the warm, intimate feel of the pub interior. Use dark timber, soft lighting, and subtle heritage branding to create a social, welcoming “indoor pub outdoors” experience.
